Souper Tang Chunky X.O. Sauce is super rich with a seafood unami flavour that’s both savor and sweet. As a nod to exclusivity and affluence, this complex condiment contains a long list of luxury ingredients, including Japanese dried scallops, shrimp, and Hong Kong Jinhua ham (a Chinese ham similar to Jamon and Prosciutto).
Tossed with noodles or served atop rice and egg, a dollop of this unami-laden sauce can anything up. Store in this sterilized jar and it will keep in fridge for up to 8 months after opening. Enjoy!
