如何保存：置放在阴凉处，冰箱储藏为佳
Always keep in cool and dry place. Please key in refrigerator for it’s freshness.
烹饪方式：
1. 药材先用清水洗净，加入适当的清水（1.5L – 2L）放入锅内. Rinse all herbs. Add 1.5L – 2L drinking water into pot.
2. 在锅内加入高汤包，烹煮10分钟. Pour the herbs & superior chicken soup and Herbal Essence into pot and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
3. 然后加入洗干净的肉，小火慢滚1个小时，即可食用（无需加盐调味）. Put the meat (or vegetable) into pot & simmered with low hear for 1 hour. Season with salt if preferred.
备注：
无需添加硫磺和防腐剂，属天然材料，如有小虫出没属实正常，只需用清水清洗即可
